Tax Accountant

📋 Description

• Tax accountant in the Finance team, managing tax across a global, multi-entity group.
• Coordinate tax compliance across jurisdictions with external advisors and authorities.
• Support tax planning, forecasting, and automation-driven tax processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Tax teams on tax matters.
• Use AI and automation to build smarter, scalable tax processes.
• Day-to-day tax operations across VAT/GST, OSS, VIES, and related filings.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in Accounting or Tax.
• Knowledge of Lithuanian direct and indirect taxes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• English proficiency and comfort with AI/automation tools.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
