Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Use tax knowledge to develop solutions for ASC 740 tax provisions
• Lead research and analysis on tax advisory, transactions, and strategic issues
• Partner with clients to support needs and deliver high-quality projects
• Oversee the development of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Taxation
• 6+ years in tax advisory/consulting with ASC 740 provisions and tax tech
• Passion for developing client relationships and building a practice
• Passion for using or implementing tax technology
• Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
