📋 Description

• The Team Lead Analyst - Client Virtualization will oversee delivery, performance, and continuous
• Lead and develop the global Client Virtualization team, including employees and contract resources
• Drive operational execution for Client Virtualization services, ensuring service quality
• Provide technical leadership and direction for virtual application, desktop, and cloud PC platforms.
• Manage service improvements, operational risks, escalations, milestones, and critical initiatives
• Partner with IT leadership, vendors, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience including virtualization, infra, cloud services, service management, or
• 6+ years of experience supporting Client Virtualization or DaaS platforms (Citrix, Windows 365
• 4–5+ years of experience leading tech teams and coordinating global operations with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of end-user computing, virtualization, cloud platforms, identity management
• Hands-on with Citrix, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure/AWS, hybrid cloud
