Team Lead, Cybersecurity Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day UK SOC operations, prioritising work, coordinating escalations, supporting shift
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Security Analysts, helping build capability
• Collaborate with SOC managers and peer team leads in India and the US to align priorities and
• Oversee security tools, platforms, and operational processes including MDR, EDR, identity
• Coordinate response to escalated security tickets and incidents, including triage, investigation

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with industry standard tools and applications (Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, SonicWall
• Extensive Incident Response lifecycle experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office365 & Azure, and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
• Familiarity with open-source intelligence gathering.
• Scripting ability and experience with API endpoints such as MS Graph.
• Ability to navigate ticketing systems (ConnectWise or ServiceNow).
