📋 Description

• Operational lead for assigned enterprise client accounts in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and
• Partner with Client Success Managers and stakeholders to ensure efficient revenue cycle operations
• Lead and develop the enterprise RCM team, driving accountability, performance, and continuous
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for
• Monitor AR performance, aging, denials, and payment variances to prevent disruption.
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices to support client success and workflow optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years managing day-to-day billing and collections in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Proactive change agent with leadership and strategic vision to drive transformation.
• Strong supervisory skills with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proficient with software essential for RCM, including Google for Business and Microsoft Excel/Word
