Team Lead, Government Pricing

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor Government Pricing Analysts to ensure high-quality work and development.
• Oversee daily workload, prioritize assignments, and monitor deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Federal Drug Programs (AMP, BP) and related programs (ASP, NFAMP
• Review, validate, and approve pricing calculations, reconciliations, and client reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of government pricing reports and handle pricing escalations.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address questions and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical Government Pricing.
• 1–3 years of team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of pricing regulations and methodologies; experience with iContracts, Model N
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
