📋 Description

• Lead overnight fleet maintenance, rework, and readiness
• Drive service efficiency and fleet uptime during low-demand periods
• Manage technicians and readiness associates on the 3rd shift
• Improve workflows using lean methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for shift readiness targets
• Ensure safety and compliance in the workshop

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to lead overnight operations (3rd shift)
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance, diagnostics, CAN/LIN, wiring diagrams, soldering
• Proven ability to learn technical subjects quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication; honest and responsible
• Time management, multitasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced startup
• Clean driving record; travel locally/nationally (<20%)
• Bachelor's degree in technical/business field or trade certificate
• Strong understanding of EV architecture and high-voltage systems
• Experience in fast-paced service environments
