🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on automotive tech exp
• 2+ years people leadership
• Willing to lead overnight operations
• Strong CAN/LIN, wiring diagrams, soldering skills
• Good communication + cross-functional collaboration
• Clean driving record; travel locally/nationally (<20%)
