📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end GrabMart merchant acquisition.
• Improve merchant activation, onboarding, and ongoing operations.
• Drive strategic merchant gaps and category expansion to meet growth targets.
• Lead contract negotiations for long-term partnerships.
• Create tailored proposals to meet each merchant needs.
• Collaborate with partners to align acquisition with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
• Strong understanding of Quick commerce or e-commerce
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Team-oriented with analytical skills; proficient in Excel
• Experience with SQL or similar database query language
