📋 Description

• Lead People Operations for Recruitment & Onboarding across the Americas.
• Build an engaged, high-performing Costa Rica team with a focus on automation and AI.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and COEs to deliver scalable operations.
• Drive governance, SLAs, and continuous process improvement.
• Champion AI-first initiatives to simplify workflows and eliminate manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading HR Operations/Shared Services teams.
• Strong Recruitment/Onboarding operations experience.
• Multi-country/regional experience, Americas preferred.
• Experience with process optimization and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of HR tech (ServiceNow HRSD, case management).
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to improve processes.
