Team Lead Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Data.
• Investigate product and business KPIs; suggest data-driven roadmaps.
• Design and interpret experiments (A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC).
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and grow the analytics function.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality and datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Product Analytics experience; impact-driven decisions.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with product metrics, funnels, retention, cohort analysis, experimentation, and growth
• Business/Product thinking; connect findings to commercial outcomes.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; collaborate with senior leadership.
