📋 Description

• Lead growth-oriented product analytics initiatives and drive data-driven decisions.
• Investigate product, marketing, and business KPIs; identify root causes; translate into actionable
• Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, cohort, and segmentation analyses to understand
• Design and interpret experiments (A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC) and proxy metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Growth, and other teams to influence roadmap priorities.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to analytics standards and infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Analytics with data-driven decision impact.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on with product metrics, funnels, retention, cohorts, experimentation, and growth analytics.
• Strong business/product thinking; translate findings to strategic outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex data to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leadership.
