Team Lead Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Investigate product, marketing, and KPI changes; translate into business recommendations
• Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, cohort analyses
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments, incl. A/B tests and CUPED/CUPAC
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth to support data-driven decisions
• Mentor junior analysts and drive cross-functional analytical projects
• Develop analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and metric definitions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product analytics track record influencing decisions
• Advanced SQL and data analysis
• Experience with product metrics, funnels, retention, cohort analysis, experimentation
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across Product, Marketing, Growth, Data, and
• Availability to work 9:00–18:00 GMT+4 to GMT+10 and English at least B2
