Team Lead Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional product analytics initiatives.
• Investigate product and business KPIs; provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, cohort, and segmentation.
• Design and interpret experiments (A/B, CUPED/CUPAC).
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams to influence roadmap.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive analytical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Product Analytics experience; data-driven decisions.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on with product metrics, funnels, retention, cohorts, experiments.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to collaborate with leadership.
• Mentoring experience and interest in people leadership; English B2+.
