4+ years in software development with OO programming for scalable apps.
Leadership experience in team settings; coaching and performance management of direct reports.
Experience with full-stack tech and AI-driven development workflows.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on with modern stack (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React/Next.js, Node.js, Go, Python) and dev tools
