📋 Description

• Lead the System Software stack across UI, Python backend, OS and kernel layer.
• Coordinate with hardware to turn hardware into a ship-ready product.
• Own cross-squad direction and people leadership in MAP.
• Set technical direction with regular 1:1s and career development.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a unified on-device experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, or related field
• Strong C++ production codebase experience; solid Python tooling.
• Excellent English communication with hardware/production teams.
• Strong UI guidance; experience with Angular/React acceptable.
• Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2), SLAM, embedded systems.
