📋 Description

• Lead, motivate and manage a team to hit account-opening and deposit targets.
• Coach team daily on calls, conversion, objections; run regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Track KPIs daily — calls, openings, deposits, conversion — and act quickly on numbers.
• Allocate leads to maximize conversion and balance workload.
• Produce daily/weekly sales reports for senior leadership.
• Manage daily activity levels and maintain a high-energy, compliant sales floor.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record in forex/CFD or financial services; meet targets.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong coaching, motivation and performance-management skills.
• Confident using KPIs, CRM data and sales reporting.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Eligible to work in Malaysia.
