📋 Description

• Lead financial reporting and accounting ops across multiple jurisdictions
• Deliver management accounts, reporting and performance analysis
• Provide technical accounting guidance on standards and policies
• Oversee month-end/year-end processes and statutory/regulatory reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies
• Drive process improvements and team development

🎯 Requirements

• Part-qualified ACCA, ACA or equivalent
• IFRS, management accounting, statutory reporting, tax/VAT knowledge
• Experience across multiple entities/jurisdictions
• ERP/finance systems familiarity; NavOne or Caseware helpful
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
