Lead and coach Learning Experience Designers in client-facing programs
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and client/SME communications
Ensure deliverables meet design and development quality standards
Coordinate with Training Transformation and stakeholders on processes and targets
Provide direction to ensure adherence to scoped project scope
Act as primary MLS contact for program continuity and status updates

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years in external Client/Stakeholder Management
3–5 years in Learning Experience Design or related L&D role
2–3 years in leadership/supervisory capacity ( Desirable )
Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, G Suite)
Strong English (B2) and Google Apps for Work tools knowledge
Experience with reporting/workload management and Workday dashboards
