📋 Description

• Lead Research, Insights & Design CoE; own end-to-end delivery for market intelligence and
• Oversee research delivery: market size, industry POVs, competitive profiles, buying behavior, and
• Translate primary/secondary research into executive-ready narratives for consulting and sales teams.
• Lead CoE build-out: intake processes, methodologies, governance, onboarding, and career progression.
• Manage a team of Research Analysts; mentor and develop talent; drive a culture of rigor and
• Partner with onsite consulting leaders; align priorities, report formats, and feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10–14 years in research, market intelligence, or strategy/management consulting; 3+
• Analytical: ability to derive actionable insights from market trends and vendor strategies.
• Communication: excellent writing and presentation skills; ability to publish and present to
• Educational: Master’s preferred; Bachelor’s required.
• Domain: IT services, enterprise tech landscape; AI, cybersecurity, cloud, digital transformation
• Skills: secondary research, synthesis into executive narratives, PowerPoint and visuals, research
