🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Team Manager or Leader role in a high-speed, high-volume operational environment
• Ideally, experience in manufacturing or production leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to engage squad members and stakeholders.
• Leads by example, develops others, and builds engagement and milestone celebrations.
• Experience in leading process and system improvements to support performance and cost.
• Motivated by a health-focused brand delivering food for dogs and their humans.
