Team Manager & Country Lead - Poland (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead hiring and people strategy for Poland Managed Services, aligning compensation and labor laws.
• Directly manage a high-performing team with resource planning, capacity, and performance.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Managed Services to drive operational synergy.
• Engage with customers and serve as escalation and delivery lead on strategic accounts.
• This position is fully remote in Poland, with up to 15% travel across EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT consulting experience, incl. recent work at a global consulting or software company.
• 5+ years leading a billable consulting/service team of 30+ in the local market.
• Proven track record hiring and scaling teams in Poland/Central Europe.
• Strong understanding of the Polish tech market and labor law.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Based in Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.
