Conduct TEAP assessments and develop intervention and support plans.
Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and prevention programs.
Provide counseling, prevention education, and relapse-prevention support to students.
Collaborate with center departments and community agencies for comprehensive student support.
Participate in department processes addressing student concerns and program needs.
Assist in creating and maintaining TEAP operating procedures.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related
Preferred experience with youth, educational programs, counseling, or support services.
Knowledge of substance-abuse prevention, early intervention, and case management.
Ability to facilitate groups and educational sessions.
Strong communication, crisis-management, and team collaboration skills.
Understanding of confidentiality and chain-of-custody procedures.
