📋 Description

• Build and grow Solidgate's engineering community and channels
• Own Solidgate's engineering community spaces (socials, DOU, GitHub)
• Produce content engineers actually want to read
• Launch and own Solidgate's technical content channels
• Write and ghostwrite with engineers for public content
• Be the public face of Solidgate to engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in community management, education project management, communications, or PR
• Built external communities before, or has a solid network and passion to start building one
• Strong writing skills — translate complex topics for engineers
• Comfortable being the public face of the tech employer brand
• Ability to hold real conversations with engineers and understand their needs
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English
