10+ years building production backend or infrastructure systems
Strong in Python or Go (ideally both)
Experience with distributed systems and deterministic, measurable non-deterministic behavior
Proven ability to tech lead and deliver end-to-end projects
Experience designing/operating high-traffic systems
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, workflows, and async programming
