• Provide technical leadership and mentor the backend team to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Tech Lead or Engineering Leader experience combining technical leadership with people management.
• Strong professional experience developing backend applications with Python.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools and technologies to software development workflows.
• Experience with cloud infra and DevOps, incl. GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD.
• Solid knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases and large-scale backend system design.
• Experience maintaining and modernizing both monolithic applications and microservices architectures.
