📋 Description

Own core parts of the GraphAware Hume platform’s backend
Set technical direction for transversal foundations
Collaborate with Neo4j at the core of the product
Drive architecture for modeling, querying, and scaling knowledge graphs
Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical bar
Partner with Product Managers to map goals to technical roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

Deep Neo4j expertise, Cypher optimization, and GDS/APOC familiarity
Strong backend experience (8+ years) with Java/JVM
Proven architecture leadership across teams/products
Spring or similar frameworks; secure, scalable API design
CI/CD, Docker; modern distributed deployment knowledge
Security mindset and knowledge of OWASP
