• Lead the squad to bring tracking products through field trials to commercial launch.
• Shape AI-first development culture and guardrails for security/IP.
• Set hiring bar and recruit talent with agentic development fluency.
• Turn product vision into backlogs, sprint plans, and roadmaps.
• Line-manage senior engineers; focus on orchestration over manual coding.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership on architecture and delivery.
