Tech Lead (Event-Driven Architecture)

📋 Description

• Define and guide the platform’s event-driven architecture across multiple engineering teams.
• Establish scalable patterns, standards, and technical direction for event infrastructure and schema
• Govern domain event contracts and schemas for consistency and scalability.
• Partner with DevOps/eng teams on production rollout strategies and stabilization periods.
• Lead feature-flag and incremental deployment strategies with safe rollout and rollback.
• Review and govern schema/architectural changes across dependent services.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on design/implementation of event-driven architectures on AWS with EventBridge, SQS, Step
• Experience leading incremental, feature-flagged migrations and modernization of legacy systems
• Strong domain-driven event modeling, schema governance, and cross-team versioning.
• Technical leadership across multiple teams, mentoring, removing blockers, and aligning engineers.
• Architectural governance, standards, and cross-service consistency.
• Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, fault tolerance, and reliable
