Tech Lead Manager, Decision Platform

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a Trust & Safety engineering squad (4-5 engineers)
• Own end-to-end delivery: sprint planning, commitments, SLAs, health
• Write and ship code with the team; review and land PRs
• Own technical direction, architecture, and quality; mentor others
• Leverage AI coding tools to improve delivery and scale with the team
• Collaborate with Product and Design on scope and planning

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in people management
• Hands-on coding today and desire to continue
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and adoption impact
• Coaching experience for project execution and career progression
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics
• Experience with Ruby, React Native, Distributed Systems, AWS (data/compute), SOA
