Own month-end financial integrations and reporting, surfacing gaps proactively.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in software engineering with production systems and integrations.
Experience leading engineers as a manager or tech lead and growing careers.
Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle Cloud ERP or similar), especially Finance modules (R2R, P2P, AP, AR).
Proficiency in Java or Python, building microservices, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
Experience applying AI in development (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG).
Strong SQL and relational database skills; excellent cross-functional collaboration.
