🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software development at scale
Experience as a technical lead or manager on complex projects
Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
Experience with transactional databases and caching systems
Deep understanding of architectural patterns for large-scale web apps
Mentoring and team development mindset

🎁 Benefits

Base salary $187,000 – $259,000 with potential bonus and equity
