Tech Lead (Node&React) - Portugal

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a small engineering team (3-7 engineers)
• Own the technical delivery and software architecture for product builds
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Design Lead to align goals
• Drive technology choices and ensure timely delivery aligned with client goals
• Hands-on contributor: develop features with the team
• Conduct code reviews and oversee the overall software architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership role
• 6+ years in engineering
• 3+ years building web apps with Node.js and React
• Experience architecting software (from scratch a plus)
• Hosting infrastructure setup/maintenance experience
• Strong business acumen; startup experience a plus
