📋 Description

• Own the technical buildout of the product with leadership of a 3-7 engineer team
• Lead software architecture and infrastructure, delivering against product needs
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performing team culture
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Design Lead for goals and frontend performance
• Contribute hands-on to feature development and code reviews
• Drive process improvements and overall software quality

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership role
• 6+ years in engineering
• 3+ years building web apps with Node.js and React
• Experience architecting software from scratch
• Hosting infrastructure setup/maintenance experience
• Strong business acumen; English proficiency
