📋 Description

• Establish roadmap and architectural vision for fleet connectivity
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant connectivity across cellular networks
• Lead initiatives with stakeholders to define system requirements
• Develop tools to track connectivity trends from operational data
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to engineers
• Collaborate with hardware, autonomy & operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C, C++, Go, Python
• Translate ambiguous requirements into cohesive system designs
• Expertise debugging cellular modems, Linux networking stacks, protocols
• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Tech Lead
• BS, MS, or PhD in CS or related field
