📋 Description

• Own backend architecture and technical direction, translating product goals into scalable and
• Define architecture boundaries and minimal service contracts, including APIs and event-driven
• Design core data model with Matter IDs, mapping rules, and idempotency keys for reliable processing.
• Build and define the workflow layer with retry/backoff, dead-letter, replay, deduplication, and
• Establish security architecture covering SSO, RBAC, access controls, and secure secrets management.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior backend engineering and solution architecture with a track record of shipping production
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, retries, idempotency, consistency, race conditions
• Hands-on backend design/implementation using Python and FastAPI.
• Relational databases expertise, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with queues/event-driven architectures (NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar).
• API integrations with external platforms/services; OIDC/SSO/authz/roles/permissions/secrets
