Serve as the first point of contact for workflow failures and technical support queries.
Monitor data flow logs, workflow reports, and support boards daily.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using documented SOPs; escalate when needed.
Coordinate with external developers and partners on active integrations.
Track project progress, follow up on items, and flag blockers.
Create and maintain SOPs, technical docs, and internal resources.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ hands-on technical experience in a professional environment.
Strong API, webhook, and systems integration knowledge.
Ability to read/interpret API docs and data outputs.
Experience with workflow or integration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Asana).
Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and coordination skills.
Comfortable working independently with multiple moving parts.
