Tech Ops Systems Engineer/ SysAdmin (Mac)

📋 Description

• Proactively eliminate friction via automation and self-service
• Deliver rapid, high-quality resolution for technical challenges
• Manage hardware ops: Mac provisioning, onboarding, logistics, repairs, inventory
• Champion a tightly integrated SaaS ecosystem (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, 1Password, Jamf
• Drive technical improvements to automate, secure, scale TechOps
• Partner with Security to audit systems and strengthen compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a Systems Administrator
• 2+ years supporting Google Workspace, MacOS, Okta, Jamf Pro
• Customer-focused, able to troubleshoot and support internal users
• Experience supporting/owning an automated SaaS stack
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Networking basics: routers, VLANs, VPN
