Tech Project Lead

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate and manage end‑to‑end store tech rollouts.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Expansion, Retail Ops, Sales and Tech.
• Manage external vendors during retail tech implementation.
• Identify risks, blockers and dependencies to ensure delivery.
• Track outcomes, gather learnings and drive rollout improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in project management, ideally in retail or tech.
• Proven cross‑functional IT implementation leadership.
• Experience in agile environments and with product teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
