📋 Description

• Execute the recruitment strategy for the Insider One Development Team and international growth.
• Coordinate recruiting for all technical roles; optimize quality, time to hire, and cost to hire.
• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews while showcasing Insider One’s culture.
• Manage and support all steps of the recruitment process for candidates.
• Collaborate with management to develop talent and improve HR practices.
• Create policies to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• 2+ years in recruitment; technical recruitment a plus.
• Strong communication skills; speak to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and spoken English; global communication.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office.
