🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in 360 recruitment with BD focus
Tech recruitment background (software/IT/SaaS) with solid market knowledge
Full-cycle role experience: client acquisition and candidate delivery
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, CRM, and outbound sourcing
English and Chinese proficiency preferred for Singapore market
