🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technical support, technical account management, customer engineering, or solutions
Deep hands-on skills: Java, REST API, SSO, LDAP, Kubernetes, VM environments, SQL, SSL.
Experience with root cause analysis, systematic debugging, and integration architecture.
Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, or data management platforms.
Track record managing complex technical relationships across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges.
