Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with customers and account teams to develop and execute technical success plans that
• Advise customers on platform architecture, integrations, advanced use cases, and technical
• Lead technical conversations with a wide range of customer stakeholders, translating complex
• Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and help customers design scalable solutions
• Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, platform deep-dives, and enablement activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant platform delivery experience at the L4 SOLV level.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, industrial software, or digital
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, databases, and related technical concepts.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational challenges, and digital transformation
