Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical contact for a dedicated RTB House account.
• Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor pacing and delivery to meet budget and client goals.
• Ensure RTB House tracking codes function across client sites.
• Support knowledge sharing, training, and best practices across the TAM team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent with 3+ years as TAM or Campaign Manager.
• Strong technical aptitude; quickly learn our DSP to boost client performance.
• Hands-on with The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP.
• Familiar with product feeds; interpret data in Excel and analysis tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics and data interpretation at a high level.
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, Python) a plus.
