📋 Description

  • Drive technical success across customer journey with Netskope Cloud Security.
  • Partner with customers to align goals with Netskope roadmap and adoption plans.
  • Act as trusted advisor for best practices, architecture, and policy design.
  • Coach customer teams to self-sufficiency and enablement sessions.
  • Monitor health, adoption metrics, and security posture improvements.
  • Coordinate with Support/Engineering to resolve issues and manage escalations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years as Professional Services Consultant or TAM.
  • Experience with network security tech: proxies, NGFWs, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, encryption
  • Strong networking knowledge, MDM, and Cloud APIs.
  • Enterprise customer experience (Fortune 500 a plus).
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Perl, Python).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, PCI, PII, ITAR, GLBA, SOX.
