📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to identify and qualify strategic PS opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to customer discovery workshops and proposals.
• Position PS offerings to business stakeholders.
• Support services bookings and pipeline health via pre-sales ties.
• Drive AI-powered workflow adoption and alignment in customer ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, TAM, or enterprise SaaS.
• Pre-sales: shaping, scoping and positioning PS engagements.
• APIs and integrations in enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Lead workflow optimization and large-scale change management.
• AI, prompt engineering and agentic workflows; MCP and low-code a plus.
• German and English fluency; travel up to 25%.
