Technical Account Manager, Observe

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical owner and trusted advisor for strategic accounts
• Build familiarity with customer architectures, datasets, use cases, and goals
• Integrate Observe into day-to-day workflows with SRE, DevOps, and platform teams
• Optimize datasets, queries, dashboards, alerts for reliability, performance, and cost
• Lead health checks, architecture reviews, and improvement initiatives
• Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, observability, or customer-facing advisory roles
• Hands-on experience with production observability platforms
• Experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Elastic (ELK), or similar
• OpenTelemetry exposure: signals, instrumentation, collectors, telemetry pipelines
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native DevOps
• Proven ability to lead complex technical conversations

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $148,000 – $194,200 per year
