Technical Accounting & Reporting Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues and memos; prepare calculations for US
• Develop and maintain accounting policies; lead implementation of significant changes.
• Collaborate with Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR, and others to
• Support external reporting readiness and disclosures; drive process improvements.
• Design and implement SOX-compliant accounting processes and internal controls for growth.
• Partner with external auditors/consultants to ensure timely, accurate accounting conclusions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA license required.
• 7+ years in Big 4 public accounting or corporate accounting in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Strong technical accounting expertise; experience drafting memos for complex transactions.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge; internal control frameworks (SOX).
• Experience supporting external reporting/audit complexity; ERP systems and reporting tools
• Excellent verbal/written communication; cross-department collaboration.
