Technical Accounting/SEC Reporting Lead

📋 Description

• Lead technical accounting research for complex transactions
• Analyze accounting implications of major activities
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Treasury on accounting impacts
• Develop and maintain accounting policies; apply new guidance
• Support IPO readiness and S-1/10-K prep
• Assist with consolidated statements and SEC compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years in technical accounting; Big 4 or public company preferred
• Active CPA required
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; complex/non-routine transactions
• Ability to research guidance and draft memos
• Experience with SEC reporting; ERP tools (NetSuite, Workiva)
