📋 Description

• Deliver outcome-based technical services and bespoke Braze solutions.
• Own complex projects and integrations for clients.
• Architect data strategies and use case designs for Braze value.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, TAMs, Delivery, Product, Eng, and Support.
• Translate client goals into architecture, plans, and workshops.
• Ensure security, compliance and architecture standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical roles (Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, TAM or Implementation Consultant).
• 3+ years managing complex SaaS/mobile/API environments with strong product knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact bespoke engagements.
• Excellent communication; explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cross-functional with Sales, Product, Eng, and CS; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Entrepreneurial builder; proactive, resourceful; AI-savvy to improve processes.
